    It all starts with the appointment

    I never got to show the job to Tom...the boss! He never showed up.  I waited in the whole afternoon.  NO phone call so out of curiosity I rang him 2 days later.  He had the opportunity to apologise.  He didnt!  In fact he couldnt care less!!  IF I had seen his "page "first I WOULD NOT HAVE MADE AN APPOINTMENT.Fortunately he didnt do any work .  I dread to t hink how he would treat a complaint.  Gives the whole ofCheck a trade a bad name.

    New Kitchen Fitted

    They were very patient with me as the work had to be done in stages as the tap I chose took 8 weeks to be made. Tiles also came with a delay time and Tom and his team were very good at accommodating my needs. I would definitely recommend them.

    New wet room and bathroom floor.

    Tom and his team did a really good job of fitting a new wet room. Work was finished to a high standard, very quickly and for a very competitive quote. I would highly recommend them.

    Waste of time. Arranged an appointment with Tom Somers for Saturday morning, 27/6/15 between 9 a.M. And 10 a.M. He did not show up or did he bother to call to apologise and rearrange a new appointment. I called him again on Thursday, 1/7/15 to find out why he didn't show up and all he could say is that he did not have his book with him. No apology or believable explanation. Not at all professional.
