Gas boiler service and part replacement

New boiler
Boiler work was fine , yet thermostat was not working , and two radiators were not heating up , was told that thermostat was not working , electricians come checked wiring and put new thermostat in still didn’t work , rung this company up as did work as also wanted a wireless thermostat , was given a price £200 pound , we decided to get another gas man to do thermostat we bought thermostat £40 and new company charged us £40 yet when boiler opened up to check inside boiler which this company wanted £200 pound for the thermostat was not even wired up , I was standing there and saw everything .Verified reviewerJob location: CF43Response from Harper's Heating
The thermostat was disconnected from the boiler as the boiler wouldn't work otherwise as the thermostat was faulty, this actually makes no sense.
