We have used Harpers for a number of years now at two properties. They are always easy to contact and very professional in everything from booking work to completing it. Work has always been undertaken quickly and the standard is excellent. Jobs have always been completed and site left clean and tidy. Highly recommended.

The team did an efficient and thorough job, of fitting a new boiler and unvented cylinder and de-comissioning the old system. They were a pleasure to have around the house and tidied up after themselves - their quote was fair and reasonable and communication before during and after the work was complete was clear and transparent.

Recently had a new boiler fitted by Harpers Heating & Plumbing Ltd. Extremely helpful and very supportive with any queries that we had during the time that the boiler was being fitted in. Can highly recommend them.

Neil discussed options with me for replacing/repairing my tired old boiler, and spent some time discussing the pros and cons and costs of heat exchangers and thermal storage and sent me brochures. In the end I settled for certainty and simplicity with just a Worcester 10 year-warranty boiler. I hadn't felt pressured. Two Harpers plumbers turned up at 8am. Neil paid a visit to check OK. The installation was completed efficiently and mess-free and they carefully explained the bioler's UI. Cheerful chaps and good company. The boiler works well.

They quoted for the full boiler replacement and advised us of issues (some unforeseen ) as they worked. Workmanship was excellent. Some of the additional items inc labour quoted were expensive, but we wanted to have the whole job done by the one company. On the whole we were very pleased and look forward to using Harpers for the annual service which should then give us the full 10 years warranty - thanks Neil and Team.
