On time on budget great service

A well oiled machine delivering outstanding quality.
This project was one of the biggest we have undertaken with Harp and Evolution Windows; it delivered results beyond our expectations. The Harp process was professional and very much like a well-oiled machine. From the site survey onwards, it became clear that the level of technical knowledge, capability and experience was in abundance. The experience got even better at the installation phase when their team effortlessly undertook the removal of windows and installed new ones. Excellent service and quality work
Writing this review 3 years after installation - still very happy with the standard uPVC windows. I can't speak highly enough of Amy, John and the installation team. Excellent communication - they patiently answered all of the questions. Punctual for the quotation appointment and installation - they are very experienced and knowledgeable. Harp Windows removed aluminium windows and the remnants of the bay window bits and replaced with uPVC. They exceeded expectations - they replaced the window ledge with wood, not pvc, as others quoted. Condensation black wall marks - a thing of the past.Verified reviewerJob location: HA2
