I moved into a new home in which the alarm was not setting properly, with a few other issues around the property to be investigated alongside this. Ian went out of his way to fix or explain everything, immediately diagnosing the cause of any issues. I couldn't recommend the service any higher.

I cannot fault Ian , this is not the only work he's carried out , he maintains the fire alarm system. My experience is always very positive, he carefully carries out research on each job , and presents all the options, communication is clear and prompt. When carrying out work you can guarantee the time of arrival will be as agreed, the work will be professionally and efficiently carried out and clean and tidy.
