Very thorough clean punctal helpful with any queries about job

My caravan boiler started leaking on Saturday. Harris Heating had previously carried out the LPG service (6 months ago) so I gave them a call. Unable to attend on Saturday but turned up with his kids on Sunday out of courtesy. 10 minute job all sorted. Really genuine man. Great job

I have used John before and they did a great job, however recently a part on the boiler broke and it was leaking, we called out John who said he would order the needed part and see us on the following Monday to fit it, however he was a no show and couldn't get hold of him. A week or so later John texts to say he can't get the part, I would need to source it instead and he would come to fit it. I got the part and then was told by John that he would come on that Friday to fit it..... no show again and I couldn't get hold of him. Have attempted contact several times since but with no luck.

Came same day, found fault sraightaway. Remidied fault and checked system to make sure operating safely and efficiently.

Very professional, highly recommend. Emergency call out, speedy response and got the heating back on quickly, next day completed additional work, arrived as scheduled, went above and beyond.
