We couldn't close our garage door after a cable snapped. I telephoned Ross, just after 10pm on a Saturday night, who said he would come to fix the door, for a fee he quoted in advance. He drove 40 minutes to get to us, repaired the cable and door in about 20 minutes and gave me advice on future maintainence. Excellent and helpful in every way.

Ross is definitely the man for garage doors in the East Grinstead area. Our door stopped working, he showed up promptly, fixed it promptly and charged a fair price. And he turned out to be the person who had fitted the door before we bought our home.

My roller garage doors mal functioned and would not close. Mr Harrison came to my property (as an emergency call out) and spent approximately 30 minutes rectifying the problem. He also made a new remote that I had purchased some time ago work in sync with my doors (I was unable to do this myself). I thoroughly recommend his business; he provides polite prompt service.

Ross turned up really quickly from my enquiry and did an excellent job in getting my garage door back in its guide rails and replacing the tension wires. He also lubricated all the components which I didn't know I needed all for the original verbal estimate. Good luck with the new house Ross.
