We would absolutely recommend Sam. He is a very diligent young man, professional and conscientious. We have several properties let in Basildon and can always rely upon him to be prompt and efficient. He will always try to do his best for you - you can be assured that he won't try and sell you a new patio door, if he can repair it instead. A pleasure to deal with - wish more tradesmen were like him!

Moving into a new property so required all locks to be changed to high security ones. Phoned and my call was answered straight away, made an appointment for Sam to come to my new house. He arrived on time and removed my old locks and replaced with temporary locks free of charge while my new high security locks were ordered. Came back to fit a couple of days later along with a new install mortice lock I added to my order at short notice. Super friendly and accommodating, excellent workmanship and fair price - even fixed my squeaky door as a bonus!

We got back from holiday and found ourselves locked out, we called Harrison's and Sam came out straight away. He was able to get us back into our house, great service, very friendly. Definitely recommend
