  The senior member of the team arrived within thirty minutes of my call, which I found impressive. He effected a temporary fix to the problem and will get back to me with a quote for replacement of the guttering and refurbishment of the flat roof.

  Colin did a brilliant job. He responded to my request immediately and was round within the hour to take a look and quote. He booked the job in on Friday afternoon and came to complete it first thing Monday morning as promised. He worked quickly and efficiently, explaining everything that needed to be done. While fixing the fascia board Colin spotted that the guttering was blocked and cleared that out for me as part of the job - I'm really grateful for this. He was polite and courteous throughout and made the whole experience absolutely seamless. I can't recommend highly enough. I'm really impressed with the speed and quality of quality of Colin's work and wouldn't hesitate to use Harris & Son again in the future. Thanks so much!

  Repair of ancient Victorian guttering behind parapet.

  Colin contacted us to do a survey for the work involved. Immediately Colin came across as reliable and competent. Videos were taken and we were consulted at every stage for approval before progressing further. The job was undertaken professionally and promptly. Again we were consulted and presented with video evidence of problems, solutions and final action. Colin and his son were respectful of the property and conducted themselves impeccably. We would have no reservations about employing Colin again and would (and will) recommend his services to friends. A tradesperson of this quality is a genuine find.
