They repaired some cracks in our exterior wall, replaced the rotten Fascia boards, cleared the wall of moss, and painted all the fascia boards and walls with 2 coats of paint. They also painted the other painted borders and base (without being asked).
They explained what they were doing and that we needed new fascia boards which were rotting. They took time to clear part of the wall from moss. They spent the first 2 days repairing the cracks, clearing the moss and replacing the fascia boards and doing undercoats etc. Once this was all complete the spent the next 2 days painting the walls and fascia boards plus other painted sections around the base and window sills. Plastering, flooring and skirting boards
The company was very pleasant and professional to deal with. We had a 1 bedroom flat completely refurbished. The work was finished to a very high standard and if there were any changes to the work set out in the beginning of the process (as there always is) it was never a problem to work around and adjust to those. New flat roof, plastering and painting internally
Excellent job on flat roof. Fibre glass finish. Added 30 years of no leaks. My tenant very happy. Builders very efficient and punctual. Worked in challenging conditions but still done fantastic job.
