Steve attended to correct a front door lock which was not engaging correctly. He suggested the most appropriate solution without 'over-treating' the problem and it has worked perfectly! Very grateful for the on-the-day service!

Steve, from Harrow Security was an absolute pleasure to deal with. He was extremely professional and went out of his way to install a key safe for me very hastily as I was expecting my frail elderly aunt to be discharged from hospital and needed this in place prior to her arrival home. He was very polite, arrived on time and did everything you would want a first class tradesperson to do.

I contacted Harrow Security because I locked myself out of the house. Steve managed to open the door without damaging the lock of door and he let me back into the house within 15 minutes.
