Working with Sean and his all Guys was a delight. They did a fantastic job with our flat roof repair
We recently hired Sean and his all Guys for our flat roof repair project, and my family couldn't be happier with the results! The crew was punctual, knowledgeable, and courteous throughout the entire process. They handled everything perfectly - from the initial inspection to replacing our roof in no time. Hartleys Building Services Limited for my dry ridge installation and gutters. From the beginning of the project to its completion, it was an absolute delight. The quality of work was outstanding and the price was very reasonable. Their team was courteous, professional, and gave me advice when needed. Initial work requested was to clear guttering, but this turned into major roof repairs
No response to complaint (1) Shoddy documentation: invoice has different prices (some crossed out) with no indication of what work these refer to, no itemisation as requested and no VAT statement (2) What began as a request to clear gutter, became major repairs. Only after initial (necessary) repairs had begun, further work was identified doubling cost. Became suspicious when Sean returned unannounced (December) saying further work needed to remove moss at exorbitant cost (3) Overcharged: excessive cost given amount of labour and materials involved (4) I feel I have been taken advantage of.
