  Telephoned on Thursday .9 September 23' spoke to Mark and arranged a visit to my property to look at the job the following day at 10:00am. I ended up calling Mark at 10:30am and said I had an appointment booked for 10:00 Friday. He said if he couldn't make it it would be Monday. I replied, it was booked for Friday. I never agreed to Monday. Mark said he could come on Monday but I said I will leave it. Nothing worse than being let down by tradesmen.

• Quick response to leaking roof

  I phoned Mark as rain was coming through the ceiling. He came and gave me a quote to repair two galleys on the roof, showing me photos of the damage. Mark and Roland came a week later and worked hard to complete the job in one day. They were very courteous and tidy and took photos as they were doing the job and the finished result. Very pleased and would recommend.

  I was originally looking for someone to repair my chimney. Mark came over and gave me a quote based on what he'd seen, but couldnt give me an exact price till he was working on the job. Whilst Mark was repairing the chimney, he noticed some issues with the roof of the house, and he said that he couldn't not tell me about the issues. He again gave me two options for the work. When Mark and his colleague came over to do both the chimney and the roof repair, they were on time, professional, friendly and they completed other little jobs, that may have been missed.I can't thank him enough.
