Rhys was so efficient when fixing our heating issue and knew straight away what the problem was, and dealt with it that afternoon. He was a very polite individual and was respectful of our home by tidying any mess up afterwards. He explained everything to us about what he was doing and was more than happy to answer any questions we had! Overall a fantastic plumber and I would highly recommend him to anyone who has a plumbing issue.
