Called within 30 seconds of the enquiry! Very personable, polite, friendly service. He was able to quote over the phone. The quote was comparable to the other 2 traders that called. The loft space was dirty and difficult to access. Kieran dealt with it all in his stride. In the end the job was fairly simple. Harts is what you want from a service, did exactly what they said they would do, came when agreed, reasonably priced and left my driveway and garden clean and clear of waste, every little piece swept at the end and believe me the mess was terrible before that! Surprisingly quick “no nonsense” approach to cracking on and getting the job done. Will continue to use and recommend Harts waste if and when I need them in the future.
