Adrian and his team installed both a water softener system and drinking purification system at my new house in August 2025. The service was extremely professional, polite, expertly carried out with very clean and tidy workmanship. The service offered was exceptional.

Cannot praise enough Adrian and his team for their excellent customer service and ease with the installation of a water softener and filter for my property, they also changed some old pipe work for me under the sink while they were here. Very friendly, trustworthy, respectful and genuinely nice guys. You won’t be disappointed. Would highly recommend.

Hart Water Ltd was recommended by a previous water softener supplier in a different part of the country. From start to finish Adrian was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and professional. After assessing our needs he gave us prices for four different options explaining the difference. Once we had made a decision, he was able to fit the softener within a week. The fitting was exactly as described, took 4 hours and so far has been problem free. Under a week from initial phone call to payment for a good job. What more could you ask for?
