    Spot on from Rob and Taylor. Less than 10 minutes after posting the job on check a trade, I had a text offering their services. Called out within a few days and quoted a competitive price. The job was completed only a few days later, even quicker than expected as they reached out to bring the job forward due to a cancellation. Great work, speedy communication, polite and courteous, couldn't ask for more.

  • Electrical Fault Finding

    Paid extra for two electricians. Father turned up 20 mins late. 1hr to decide elec wires in box were a mess and needed fixing before faults could be assessed. They had a few hours open that day, so we were lucky? 1st hour did not test any light switch. Spent 2 hrs working on box. 3hrs later tested for problem, fault finding on overhead light fixtures, described on entering home. Paid double for 2 electricians, one of which stood around, chatting and keeping 2nd electrician company. Father and son. £300 later, we employed another company to resolve issue. Would never recommend.

    I contacted Hartz after not having much luck in finding an electrician. I came to check a trade for some suggestions. After reading the reviews that others have left Hartz, I contacted them with a request of a visit and quote. Rob and Tyler replied quickly and a visit was arranged the following day. They arrived on time, gave us a quote and were able to do the work there and then as it was a fairly straightforward job. Their fees were very reasonable and am now relieved that I have a reliable and very good quality electrician in my contacts. I highly recommend them.

Hartz Electrix undertakes electrical work for both domestic and commercial properties.

We have 18 years' experience working within domestic properties and social housing environments with work including planned and reactive maintenance and void properties. 

We are a father and son team who enjoy working with our clients to make improvements to their homes, whether it be renewing a light fitting, to a full kitchen rewire or house rewire.

Hartz Electrix offers a reactive service and can assist clients where an urgent attendance is required, for example loss of power, RCD tripping, or for home insurance claims such as fire or flood where a make safe of electrical system is required. 

We are qualified to install EV Charge Points and welcome enquiries around this new era of transport. 

I have a good client base ranging from homeowners to business owners. I currently work alongside some very trusted businesses and I am proud to help them deliver outstanding service to their clients.
