i’m very sorry to hear you’re unhappy about the job. I was extremely busy the day before and finished late which is why I could not come. As I recall, I apologised on the phone to you the next day and agreed to attend the job the same night. Considering my schedule, travel expenses etc, a call out fee is charged which we also agreed to over the phone. One again, I am very sorry my service did not meet your expectations on this occasion and will take on your feedback in future jobs.
