George came to redecorate our spare room after a water leak. The quality of his work was incredibly high, with thorough preparatory work leading to an excellent finish. He made a cracked windowsill look like new, and also did lots of little fixes we asked for around the house where there were small cracks. He worked so hard, rarely stopping throughout the day, and was an absolute pleasure to have in the house. Not only would I only use George's company in future, but I'm actively looking for opportunities for him to come back, so the whole house eventually looks as good as the spare room.

Every review so far about George as a painter and decorator is absolutely spot on. George is a great ambassador for Checkatrade and, truly, is a very professional contractor who deserves 6 stars out of 5! The quality of his work, preparation, way of working and punctuality is exemplary. Apart from the above, George is a thoroughly nice guy. As you have guessed, I cannot speak too highly of George and consequently have no hesitation in recommending him for all your decorating requirements. Well done George.

George has been a great find. He is punctual, tidy, communicative and very thorough as well as being a lovely chap. His work is fantastic and we will definitely be using him to finish painting the rest of our home.

George was wonderful to deal with and as his business name suggests, the experience was hassle-free! He is ever so polite and professional, takes time to listen to you and comes up with an effective plan of action to tackle the jobs at hand. His attention to detail is second to none and this reflects on the quality of his work. Any imperfections are dealt with properly as they should be, to achieve a smooth and clean finish. He even took care of some additional tasks at my request (ring doorbell fitting) and of his own initiative (door stopper/skirting board issue), which I really appreciated!

George did a fantastic job repainting our lounge and bedroom, which was very much in need of some TLC. He worked quickly and efficiently and to a very high standard, kept everything super clean and tidy and even kept us entertained with his great sense of humour. George transformed our living room, painting the walls and ceiling, as well as the doors, and even wallpapering—all to a high standard. His attention to detail was exceptional. He was punctual, responsive to all our questions before his arrival, and maintained a clean, tidy, and respectful approach throughout the process. I wouldn’t hesitate to use George again. In fact, we’ve already booked him to make good & decorate two bedrooms, and plan to book again early next year for other rooms.
