Washing Machine Repair
Hawk Appliances Limited was very prompt in replying to my job request, the engineer came out within two hours of the call and was able to repair my washing machine no more than 5 minutes after arriving. I was really impressed by the engineer's expertise, professionalism and courtesy. The fee charged was also excellent value. I would have no hesitation in using Hawk Appliances Limited again, and would also highly recommend them to my family and friends. Wonderful service!
Washing Machine Not Spinninh
Gave me a rough idea of cost before coming out. My washing machine was broken worse than I thought as the drum was broken, he was very good explaining that he could repair it but it would probably cost more than a new one. Helped me source a reconditioned one which was delivered the next day. Thoroughly recommend.
Fixed my Hotpoint fridge freezer
Engineer arrived on the day he said he would which was a Saturday when others wouldn't normal work. At the time he could not fix my fridge freezer as it needed a part which he ordered, in the mean time he was able to unsecure the back panel of my fridge so we could use it whilst we waited. This was a massive help to us whilst we waited. The engineer called 20 minutes before to check to see if it was convenient to attend and was done in less than 10 minutes.
Dishwasher
Called for a dishwasher repair and explained the issue. Engineer turned out and I explained the issue again to be told that it couldn't be fixed (without looking at the appliance) Then charged a £50 call out fee? I would think twice about using the company.
Neff Dishwasher was not draining
Professional guy that fixed a 10+ year old Dishwasher that we thought needed replacement. He gave some good advice on the phone and he was able to visit on a Saturday. Professionally presented on arrival which added to the experience. Highly recomended!

Fix loud noise on washing machine
Tunred up on time, diagnosed and fixed machine very quickly, left everything tidy, charge as advised on website. Would definitely use again

Dishwasher repair
Absolutely excellent service from first call, came on the day to suit me, phoned before to let me know what time to expect him. There was skirting board in the way and this was removed and replaced with care, dishwasher fixed at first visit and everything left clean and tidy. Absolutely first class service, thank you for coming out of your way for me!
