Spoke to Brian on Thursday, he showed up first thing on Friday and completed the job in 1.5 hours. He was much faster than others were suggesting it would be and therefore more competitively priced too. I saw the work done via the camera and high quality patch repair completed. I was impressed by the prompt response from Hawk to my request for a quotation together with a date for undertaking the work. The engineer was professional and had an eye for detail when he measured up and subsequently returned to replace the damaged plastic drain cover with a stronger metal cover and also the cracked plastic drain connection below the cover was replaced.
