Persistent Effort for Same Price
Had a drain blocked for ages from kitchen and utility room. Chose the company from multiple internet offers as they offered a fixed quote with nothing to pay if unsuccessful. They offered end of week as not an emergency. They contacted then to come earlier. Young man came and couldn't find blockage (cover hidden in flower bed). I discussed with boss who then came day later to check himself and sort fully. Charged the same one off amount even the first visit was over 2 hours and the second with the boss 30 to 45 minutes. Decent, reasonable, proffesional
