  “No problems, only solutions” - full length ground floor extension

  It’s always difficult choosing a company but Neil was warm, funny and exceptionally knowledgeable from our first meeting. He explored what we wanted and gave us options we hadn’t thought of, and his timings were spot on. At times we must have had 10 different tradespeople in the house at once, and he and his team were always a pleasure to have around. Tidy, fantastic in their jobs and considerate of both us and our neighbours. Neil’s positive mantra of “no problems, only solutions” shows you how much he works at getting you what you want. Would definitely recommend (and already have).

  Fantastic Company, highly recommend!

  I cannot recommend Hawksford Construction enough. They have been exceptional from start to finish while building our much‑needed extension and sensory room for our autistic daughter. They truly listened, took the time to understand her needs, and approached everything with professionalism, patience, and genuine care. The quality of their work is outstanding. The sensory room has been beautifully designed with thoughtful details that make it a calming, safe space our daughter absolutely loves. It has already made a huge difference to our daily lives.

  A home to grow into!

  In 2024 we began a 42 sq m single‑storey extension with a dormer bedroom and internal alterations to help future‑proof our home for our non‑verbal autistic son. The build was complex, with floor levels set lower to respect the original house and a cut‑in dormer roof. The new space formed an open‑plan kitchen‑diner with underfloor heating and mixed finishes. Neil and his team were exceptional—skilled, organised, tidy, respectful, and on time despite awful weather. We couldn’t rate them higher, Awesome!

  Home renovation

  I cannot speak highly enough of this business. I had recently bought a house and it needed renovating. I was offered advice and ideas which I found very beneficial. The work completed was of a very high standard and completed within the given timeframe. I was more than happy with the very competitive cost and delighted with the outcome.   Rear Extension with new kitchen and living area

  Outstanding from the very start... Nothing was too much trouble, even when uncovering hidden issues during renovation. From the 1st brick being removed to the last bit of siliconing, the job that Neil's team done was 1st class... Clean, tidy, thoughtful and fabulous workmanship from all the boys.. 5?, won't go anywhere else
