Knowing that a neighbour has been looked after by John Maccoll I requested a quote for electric garage door installation which I accepted and this took place within 14 days. Neat and tidy workman and very happy with work.

I first met John in 2012 when he fitted an electric motor to my up and over Henderson garage door and what an excellent job. Recently I had one spring out of 6 rusted away on the door so it was out of balance so I called John and explained and after sending a couple of pictures he found out you can’t get them anymore but what I thought was brilliant he said I have a idea which could work when most people would go can’t get them and that’s that. Anyway he turned up not only fixed but also serviced everything at a very reasonable price. I would thoroughly recommend John so why not have the best

When I wanted to changed my garage door, I contacted John as I had an excellent experience 11 years ago when he replaced the door cables. He responded quickly and we arranged a home visit where we discussed my requirements and he gave sound advice on each option. His quotations were thorough and the prices reasonable and the chosen door was obtained and fitted to suit me. John was friendly and professional throughout and again went above the requirements at no extra cost. Very highly recommended!

I had an old garage door in need of repair/replacement. Called a few companies listed on checkatrade but John stood out. Gave me a repair option and two replacement options all fully explained, answers all my questions. Stood out amongst other organisations. Arranging and fitting went smoothly and very happy with the new door.
