Ceiling was artex and the walls were in a really bad state. Frank skimmed the walls and ceilings, and the applied paint to walls and ceiling and satin wood to woodwork. Frank is a very professional tradesman, friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. He takes great pride in his work and I would have no problem using him again.
