    Ryan was quick to respond and although the job had a few issues, Ryan dealt with them and fixed our problem. Very appreciative of his responsiveness and he was very polit and professional. Would definitely recommend.

    Very quick response. Asked for photographs so he could provide a quote. I sent a video and received quote. Two other plumbers also provided quotes; both identified a problem which resulted in higher quotes. I told Ryan about the problem and asked him to do a site visit to double check his quote. He assured me his quote was good. Ryan came and did the work, but had to change what we had agreed he would do, because the problem was worse than he thought, having only had a video to go on! The invoice sent was higher than quoted. I queried this; Ryan honoured his original quote. Problem solved.
