Shed roof re-felted
Hired them to re-felt my shed's roof, promised with a 5-year warranty. Shortly after the job was done, a leak surfaced. Despite multiple attempts to reach out for a fix under the warranty, the company has shown a complete lack of professionalism and responsibility. They initially agreed to investigate but have since ignored all communication, blatantly disregarding their own warranty terms. Extremely disappointed with their service and unprofessionalism. Patio
Absolute shoddy work. Job was to dig out an area and lay a patio for a garden building to go on. Lasted a day before the outside slabs started to fall off. Shocking Experience
Be very wary! Agreed price and dates. First part was to demolish and remove shed and lay a few base slabs for new summerhouse. Having agreed dates, I purchased my new summerhouse online. Didn't turn up on due date and then gave me another date to demolish shed. Didn't turn up then either and then ignored my emails and phone calls. Summerhouse has now been delivered and I am now having to find someone else to do the work. Absolutely disgraceful behaviour. Poor attitude
Arranged a time for them to come out to give a quote on a garden fence. They were very responsive at first but when asked for a rough time of arrival on the day, no response. They didn't show up on the day that they agreed to and did not have the decency to communicate why. Indian stone
