  5 stars – Professional, Thorough, and Friendly Service I recently used Hawk Property Surveys for a damp survey on a property I’m in the process of buying, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the service. From the initial contact, they were responsive and professional, explaining exactly what the survey would cover and answering all my questions clearly. The surveyor arrived on time, was friendly and respectful. Would highly recommend.

  My experience with hawk for the first time was nothing less than amazing. I must say Mohbin did an excellent job explaining everything and he answered all of my questions and I felt extremely comfortable. He did such an amazing job and cannot thank him enough. Will deffo recommend to anyone who needs damp surveying done.

  AJ clearly knew his stuff and the service he provided and report he wrote was second to none. He went out of his way to get the work done to my tight deadline and at a very high standard. Although I hired him for a damp survey he went above and beyond to give me more general advice on the property. I have used him twice and would definitely use him again.

  I am very pleased with Hawk Property Surveys. The surveyor was knowledgable and experienced. The dampness issue was correctly diagnosed and the recommendations rectified the dampness issues in our home. Would highly recommend them.

  We instructed Hawk Property Surveys to carry out a damp survey of our property and we are really pleased with their service. Very professional with great customer service and detailed report. The dampness and mould issues were investigated and the solution did solve the dampness in our home. Would highly recommend their services.

  Damp Survey of 4 Bed House

  Hawk Property Surveys have been brilliant from start to finish. I required a survey asap due to major damp issues in my home and they thankfully managed to book a survey the next day. The surveyor undertook a very thorough survey and provided a very detailed report with straight forward recommendations allowing me to use my own contractor to carry out the necessary works. I can happily say that the damp and mould issues have been resolved and we are very grateful. Highly recommend to all friends and family. No need to go to anyone else. Great job. Well done.
