I've previously worked with architects and but Ciwan's background in construction and building reguations really made a difference with our project. We managed to achieve planning permission for the change of use of a dwelling into 3 flats. We had a complicated scheme and took a long time to achieve planning. The Hawks Group are a fantastic company that I would highly recommend. They helped me to achieve a loft conversion and rear extension for my property. They assisted with preparing a pre planning application and I was given free 3D interior designs which is not something that is often done. I was regularly consulted and updated regarding each step of the project. The staff were extremely friendly, and I cannot recommend this company enough.
