Joe did a fantastic job of creating an open plan room with 2 rooms, reinforcing a dropped wall, kitchen installation and a build of a downstairs bathroom for my disabled father in law. The project was done to time scales and budget and Joe has a skilled team behind him to overcome issues, which given the design of our original 50’s house there were plenty of. Joe was really good in keeping us up to date on the build/renovations progress and like most projects, unforeseen happen - which he was on the ball with. 100% recommend Hawkes construction for our next major job of the patio refurb.

I recently had an extension built by Joe from Hawkes Developments, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the results! From start to finish, Joe was professional, communicative, and highly skilled. Joe has been very professional and great at communicating with us during the build journey. This is the first time we have done a building project and so glad we used Joe. He explained every stage clearly and through his network was able to source great tradesmen for every part of the job. Very adaptable and happy to address and queries as well as adding any last minute additions we have added. Worked really well to deadlines and alongside the kitchen fitting company.
