Amazing service can not fault It and will always use Hayness. Luke answered all my questions even if I asked the same one 3 times. Advised me on what the best system would be to protect my house without breaking the bank. Loved the fact that he gave me three options 1 cheaper, 1 within my budget and 1 a little bit over without pushing me to the most expensive one whereas most companies I spoke to were pushing that “bespoke service” and offering a much more expensive price for less quality cameras.

Alarm for my 3 bed house

Installed House Security System, Ring Video Doorbell Pro and replaced faulty Electric Gate motor
Professional service and excellent workmanship. Luke provided good sound advice and fast, clean installation. Luke was very helpful in assisting me with operating the new devices, such a bonus as I am not IT savvy. No hesitation in providing this recommendation.

Replacing front door gearbox (internal mechanism) and new lock
Haynes Security Solutions provided a professional service replacing internal mechanism and new lock for residential front door. Friendly, flexible (worked around my schedule to review, quote and replace parts), courteous, knowledgeable on subject matter. Explained different security options (locks) available on the market and advised best (lock) for the job with no ‘Sales’ pressure to accept most expensive quote… No call out charge and very competitive rates

Alarm upgrade and cctv installation
I had Haynes security in to upgrade my intruder alarm and install cctv around the house. I would like to thank Luke for his excellent customer service and work which was amazing extremely neat he took time to explain all work and demoed the systems to myself and partner Also very reasonable on price compared to other companies. I would highly recommend Haynes security.
