From start to finish Ben, Jack and their team were incredible. I was very anxious starting our project but from the beginning I felt better. From personalised adjustments in the quote to unknown finds along the was Ben was always so well to communicate and put our minds at ease and the end result amazing. My neighbours have even commented on how professional they all were and asked for their details. On a daily basis I would ask “silly” question and every member of the team always reassured me and went the extra mile! The were friendly, extremely tidy and absolute perfectionist’s!

Hayward Developments has done an incredible job on our loft conversion. Jack and Ben were so easy to plan and communicate with — always clear on what was happening when. The work was done timely and to a high quality, which is difficult to find. I felt confident every step of the way for what was a huge project on our house and I am over the moon with how it has turned out.
