Call out to fix upstairs lighting issue

He is a friendly and knowledgeable electrician who went the extra mile to explain what was causing the issue. Despite us calling him late in the afternoon, he was able to attend our property on the same day to carry out the works. We highly recommend Hazel Electrics and will definitely be using this company again should we have any issues with our electrics.

I’ve been very happy with the work Richard has done so far and the approach he has had to the work (communication, professionalism, courtesy, etc.) We will be looking to employ his services again soon. 10Verified ReviewWe had a circuit blow very randomly and were unable to find the cause, even with switching everything off and bringing things back one by one. Richard was amazing, like an electrical Inspector Poirot he traced the fault (shorted wiring) and despite a difficult to access location, he was able to solve the problem and get us back up and running. Throughout the process he explained everything clearly and made sure the work was fully tested before leaving. We WILL be using him again. Great job
