    New roof flat

    This man Frank Smith and his workers are horrendous workers ... not only that materials used he NEVER PAYS HIS SUPPLIES DO NOT TOUCH HIM .. ALSO WORKS AROUND ESSEX AREA HE INFORMED US ..TALL GUY MOVES AROUND THE REGIONS
