1) Water flows at ground level under the garage door and the garage wall bricks are visibly damp 2) Multiple variations in gradients across the whole area 3) Laid on minimum 8cm mortar bed which set patio too high and caused significant problems at the garage 4) Multiple loose slabs and others that sound hollow as laid with indents in the mortar 5) Mortar made as 1:5 with builders sand which is crumbling and breaking up in less than a week without any rainfall. 6) Mortar untidy and breaking up on free edges and significant unsupported overhang Poor standard, garage at risk

Barry, Steve and Mick were brilliant. They took down our old extension and built a larger new one.They stuck to the price quoted unless there were any extras we wanted which they informed us about and discussed. Always friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble. When we struggled with decisions they were always ready to offer good practical advice. Turned up early every day and worked hard, with work done to a high standard. I would recommend them to anyone and we will definitely use them again for future projects.

Great builders, fast and efficient. Very tidy too. Worked in torrential rain to put guttering on the garage to minimise water damage to the new garage they built and to neighbouring property. Pleasant and approachable and answered all our questions in full detail. Would thoroughly recommend them.

Pleased with our new living space and came in as priced. Only extras were things not quoted for. Always helpful and I could trust them with our key. Would ask them to do work in the future.
