Harry fitted a boiler for us at my brothers rental house back in January. I was injured at the time so organised it’s all through Harry. At the time he was very helpful. The job was completed on time. We paid him 50% deposit and then 50% on completion. However, I never got a receipt from him. And when I chased him to try and get the warranty info and gas safety stuff he said he would chase it up. About two weeks later I chased again but have never heard from him since. Very frustrating. I have no idea if he did a gas safety.

Harry and his team were incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and professional throughout the entire process. They were quick to come out and advise on quotes and gave us a competitive quote in a very quick time. They were able to accommodate our job at very short notice and with little interruption to our life. I hope to use them again in the future and would highly recommend their services.

We’ve just had our new boiler installed by Harry and his team. Our heating and hot water packed up right in the middle of an awful time with our son being ill, but these guys made the process as painless as it could’ve been. After a number of poor experiences with other local companies, my husband found HB Gas Services on Checkatrade. Harry was able to complete the job three days after we first contacted him. They worked quickly, considerately and were all so polite. They left no trace of their work even vacuuming up afterwards and rearranging perfectly everything that they’d moved.

Harry responded very quickly to my call, then provided me with a realistic summary of the possible problem , we then devised a plan and schedule to undertake the work. He then exceeded my expectation by getting hold of the part very quickly and actually fixed the problem within a couple of hours so that my tenants were not left in the cold for the night . Great to experience customer empathy, attention to detail and professionalism. Recommended.

Fantastic. Was cut off due to a gas leak and was desperate to get it fixed so we could have hot water and cooking again. They came around that day, were very clear about options and what to do and then fixed the issue and completed all work within 24hours! They even hoovered up after themselves and were super considerate working around sleeping babies!

Turned up promptly and assessed the problem. Took the trouble to source a difficult to locate part which avoided the need for a complete new cistern, thus keeping the price down. Very Friendly and helpful team.
