    Prompt, helpful and efficient

    My email and phone enquiries were answered promptly, politely and helpfully by Maria, and I also spoke to Hass, who was equally helpful in diagnosing our blocked pipe problem. They were able to give us a next-day appointment, and the two people who came (Vee (spelling?) and Bobby) were friendly, efficient, and best of all, solved the problem within half an hour!

    HBM -the very best

    I have lived in my house in Peckham since 1998, during that time I have employed numerous builders and plumbers. HMB are the most skilled, knowledgable, efficient and personable team I have ever employed- I recommend them to all my friends -to my mind they are without doubt the best plumbers in this area -& as I mentioned before I’ve employed plenty over the past 28 years. I feel very fortunate to have found HBM-the only plumbers I know that I can say are no hassle stress free and highly skilled.

    Reliable and trustworthy

    I had a leaking waste kitchen pipe and Hass and his apprentice did a superb job changing the T pipe as well as part of the main pipe leading to it. No fuss. Extremely polite and just got on with it. He waited awhile just to check that there were no leaks while I ran the tap. I will be using HBM Plumbing & Heating again for some bathroom work.

    Boiler and Heating System

    Hass was absolutely stellar. He was very thorough and considerate in his work. We cannot recommend him enough. Incredible work, very reliable and trustworthy. His communication was excellent. He’s approachable and clearly cares about the work he does and completes it to a high quality and standard.

    Under-sink leak and installation of new tap

    I had a great experience with HBM. Maria was amazing in booking me in next day, helping to source a new tap and in all our communications, and the plumbers that did the work were friendly and very hard-working. What was a fairly small job – fixing an under-sink leak – ended up being frustratingly time-consuming for them, but they were very good-natured about it, which I really appreciated. I'd happily use HBM again.
