I hired Pete and his team to fix a leaking toilet and the damage caused to the ceiling below. He was able to come out within a couple of days to assess it and offer me a free quote. I was very happy with the quality of the work and the price. I'd been struggling to find someone to come fix a leaking bath pipe, with ignored calls and a no show. Found Pete and he was brilliant start to finish - friendly, communicative and went out of his way to make sure it was sorted for us. Fixed within an hour and even tightened our wobbly tap whilst here. The booking process was also made really easy. We had a leak underneath our bath and were really struggling to find anyone to come out. So glad we found Pete - friendly, communicative and here within a couple of days, he sorted the problem quickly and even fixed a loose tap for us whilst he was here. Last thing we needed was out boiler packing up before Christmas. We knew after the last service that it was on it's way out so it was to be expected. Called HD who came out right away due to no heating or hot water. They offered to fix with honest advice, but we decided due to the age of the current boiler to go for a new one. They had the new boiler ordered and fitted in record time. The Lads were lovely and polite. No mess. Hardly knew they were even there.
