HDC were brilliant from the get go. They were quick to get in touch and were very informative. I was booked in for the same week and Thomas was on time, super profesional, polite and couldn’t have done a better job. I’ll definitely use HDC again and ice recommended them to people I know. Unprofessional. Poor time keeping with a job quoted for one week taking five weeks. Not turning up with no communication. Different workforce all the time as they clearly cannot retain their staff. System not functioning properly after just nine months and instead of the great after sales service they promise we have received threatening phone calls and they have now refused to rectify the issues that are causing backed up drains and unpleasant smells due to discharge pipe/non return valve not functioning properly. A very unpleasant experience that has left us distraught.

Thorough assessment, survey and recommendations prior to work. Clear communication and updates on job details, costs, work plan - from both the office and on-site team. Work done promptly and efficiently. Team very hard working, friendly and courteous. Great care taken to minimize and clear-up, with patio relayed and restored completely back to original state after dig.

Perfect work carried out. Cleared the blockage and Sam was a very nice chap. So all in all, sorted my issue with ease with a great customer service. 10/10

We had recurrent problems with drainage that required extensive digging out and replacement of pipework, including removal and replacement of a section of block paving drive. The job turned out to be considerably bigger than expected, but the team completed the work for the original quoted cost.

We had been having problems with an external drain for some time. We had tried the drain unblockers purchased from our local DIY store without success. We contacted HDC in the morning. They promptly responded and said they they would be with us in the afternoon. They arrived as promised and cleared the blockage. They left what could have been a very smelly drain clean and tidy. They said they would come back if we had any further problems. The work was completed a week ago and we have not had any problems. Could not ask for a better service. Would recommend this company.
