From our initial enquiry and subsequent visit to the showroom. We received a friendly professional greeting and were demonstrated a selection of door options available to us. All of our questions were answered to our complete satisfaction. A survey was arranged and the works were completed without fault. The workmanship was first class, no mess. My up and over garage door needed urgent attention. It was in open position. Having contacted a few other companies I was advised by one of these companies to try HD Doors. Within 5 mins of leaving a message my call was returned and a workman came out and made door safe for the night. He returned the next day and without any fuss repaired the door. Replacement garage door fitted. Informed during installation that the removal of the existing frame would not be possible due to the structure of the garage. The new frame was therefore fitted behind the existing frame and the old frame was fully cladded producing a pleasing finish. Faulty lock barrel was replace with a temporary one and the correct item was delivered and fitted the very next day. All in all a competent job from experienced staff.
