  Boiler gas leak urgent fix

  We have used the services of Tom on several occasions and he has always been punctual, flexible and extremely professional. Tom and his assistant James carried out work on our boiler just before we moved house from Alderton. They spotted a gas leak, identified the problem, sourced the parts very quickly and fixed the problem all within one afternoon. We cannot recommend highly enough Tom and his team and will definitely be contacting him for extensive work in our new house.

  Resolving Underflow Heating Issue

  Thankyou for carrying out an excellent job at our Cotswolds Barn yesterday. Your support is much appreciated (especially at very short notice) and our heating system is now working very well. A member of your team talked me through the diagnostic process, identified the failed hardware element (an actuator) and replaced it with a spare on the van.

  Reliable, Efficient and Courteous

  Tom Hobbs the Owner of HD Plumbing and Heating supplied and Installed our Worcester gas boiler 12 months ago. Today he completed the 1st year inspection and service together with our sitting room gas fire safety check and service. Tom talked us through the checkpoints of the work carried out and gave us the opportunity to ask any salient points which occurred during the service. HD have been working for us for many years now and both he and his team have without exception shown professionalism and courtesy whilst in our home. Thank you HD Plumbing & Heating

  New boiler fitted

  We were very impressed by the work undertaken - led by Tom of HD Heating and Plumbing. We had a new boiler fitted which was quite complex and the job went very smoothly, Tom is very personable, professional and efficient. I would not hesitate to recommend Tom Hobbs and we will certainly be using his comoany for servicing and other plumbing work going forward.
