Warning do not use this tradesman
HD Improvements fitted a wet room. It leaked from beginning, phone calls and texts ignored.Liam would not deal with issues. Extensive damage done to ceiling , joists and windows of room below. When bathroom was redone ( by another company)shoddy and bad work was revealed. Please do not use this tradesman

Bathroom strip out and re-fit
It was a pleasure to have Liam working in our house. Punctual and tidy, Liam is a perfectionist with a great eye for detail which resulted in an excellent finish in our bathroom. As usually happens in an old house, a few unexpected challenges cropped up along the way but Liam took them in his stride and dealt with them promptly and without fuss. I would happily invite Liam back to do further jobs on our house.

Liam recently carried out a full refurbishment of our main bathroom. This included ripping out the old suite, wall tiles, ceiling and airing cupboard. He arranged for another contractor to attend to reposition our combi boiler in the airing cupboard. Then he completely rebuilt the cupboard, installed a new ceiling, wet room shower, basin and WC, tiled the floor and walls, All work was completed to a high standard and nothing was too much trouble. I would use Liam again in the future and would recommend him for your project too!.

We have asked Liam to refurb two bathrooms initially but end up with a full floor renovation including frames, doors, sealing, flooring and heating radiators. Moreover, Liam also helped to remove old boiler and switch to a new mega flow system so all family can enjoy powerful shower in the new bathrooms with wet room. The refurb was carried out very professionally and to a high standard. We would highly recommend to contact HD Improvements and we will definitely be asking Liam to do more work for us in the future.

Total bathroom refurbishment
Very happy with the total refurbishment of a bathroom to form a wet room for a disabled person. Excellent standard of work, would highly recommend Liam and will definitely use again soon
