Scope of Work - Flat Roof Completed in GRP finish, Side Sloped roof finished in tiles and front bay window finished in tiles. Sam & Owen are truly one of the best duo’s to have on friendly, insightful, huge attention to detail and a genuine care for their work. Once on site they were clean with their work and diligent to help overcome any measurement or design alterations. People on the street and other tradesman have not stopped complimenting the new roof which can be seen from the front of the property based on HDN’s meticulous attention to detail. Sam was working on a nearby neighbours house fitting hanging tiles to the facia, and I couldn't get over the look and quality of the the finished product. We had been thinking for a while of replacing the white plastic facia cladding to the front of our house. He came around to measure up for a quote and I took to him straight away and had no hesitation on using him. His communication from start to finish was first class and even let us know if he was delayed or if there was a hitch. Sam and co's standard of workmanship impressed me the most and I would highly recommend HDN Roofing Ltd .

Great job completed by Sam this week. Tiling and valley repairs, along with new flat roofs and facia boards. Great communication throughout the job and very courteous. I would definitely recommend.

Following my inquiry a visit was soon arranged for inspection and a quotation received shortly afterwards. This was based on nimble feet on the roof and avoidance of the use of scaffolding which would have been considerably slower and more expensive. I spoke to my neighbour to check that ladders could be placed on his property to which he agreed. However when this was needed HDN insisted on courteously asking personally for his permission first. Once the work started it was completed in a short time with on oversight noticed by my neighbour quickly rectified. The place was left exceptionally

Sam and co did a good job on our leaky roof. Replaced broken tiles, fitted new soffits, gutters etc and rebedded all of the edge and ridge tiles. Very reliable, tidy, polite and knowledgeable. Would use them again and also recommend them.
