Ben fixed my dripping shower, which other plumbers had failed to do, my shower door and the soft close toilet seat. He persevered in tracking down the replacement parts and completed the job in a timely way.

We arranged a date and time for a visit for a quote for work we required to be done. 1hr after the arranged time I called him and there was no reply so I left a message when it went to answer machine. I’ve had no reply what so ever.

I would recommend heat20 for the work he did outstanding from start to finish and prices absolutely spot on if you want work done its a must from me thank you so much
