  Reliable, flexible, high quality.

  Aiden and his team worked fast to refit a boiler. It was all done and dusted and to a v high standard (neat work, no mess, top drawer components) within a short time frame. V happy with the work and I'd happily recommend Heat-Aid.

  Ayden was recommended by a friend when we had issues with the water pressure system in our combi boiler and we were very happy with his service. He answered our message promptly, arrived on time, was professional and efficient. He fixed the problem quickly, gave us practical and useful advice, and he offered to service our boiler which was overdue at the same time for no extra cost. His fee was extremely reasonable for the service provided. We will have no hesitation in contacting him again for anything related to our boiler and central heating and would recommend him to any potential clients.

  Ayden designed and installed our new heating system. He was a pleasure to deal with from the outset. He clearly explained all options and offered excellent advice. He has a can-do attitude, finding innovative solutions to any problems that arose. We particularly appreciated his flexibility in giving us time to decorate walls before new radiators went on, and accommodating our last minute change of mind on radiator style. He took great care of our house, was completely transparent and very fair on pricing, worked really hard and did excellent work. We would highly recommend him to anyone.

  Boiler pump replacement

  After a boiler service and a pump failure a few days later, Ayden was quick to arrange a visit within a couple of days to troubleshoot and replace the pump. He has been doing our central heating work for many years and is extremely reliable, fairly priced and his communication is good. Ayden's work is of a high standard and he is also really accommodating and helpful, for example in the case of where we were replacing some radiators and wanted to do a quick tidy up job behind them before hanging the new ones. We really appreciated that.
