    Installation of underfloor heating in new extension

    Phil and his team have done various installations for us over the last few years at our own house and a rental property we owned, including new gas central heating boilers in both. The work has always been absolutely excellent. Faultless. So when we wanted wet underfloor heating installed in our new extension we obviously contacted Heat Company. And an excellent job was done. Phil is very customer focused, has great expertise and is both hardworking and efficient. He agrees a date for any work and sticks to it. All very professional.

    Help with frozen pipes which resulted in no heating or hot water

    Phil is amazing and saved me over £240 for a call out quoted from another company. Frozen pipes caused me to have no heating or hot water but he very kindly talked me through how to fix the problem myself without the need of having to call someone out. All of this during the evening when i’m sure he would of rather not been working! Thanks so much for being so honest and reliable would highly recommend to anyone!

    Heat Co fitted a brand new oil fired swimming pool heating boiler system.

    Boiler Repair

    Contacted Phil when I had been told that my current boiler couldn't be repaired (by a nationally recognised company). Phil arrived the same day and identified a potential fault. He went home to collect a part he had in stock and fitted it half an hour later. The boiler is now fault free. I couldn't ask for a better outcome or better service - thank you Phil - you'll be getting my regular servicing work from now on :).

    Emergency Call Out

    Phil came out to our house when we believed our back boiler was not working. He came over very quickly that same day and with the current social distancing in place due to covid-19, he was fully prepared for this. He checked out heating and was able to identify the issue and resolve quickly. No charge was asked for this, just showing you how much they care for their longtime customers. Fully recommend them for their skill, knowledge and customer service.
