Heat Co came round to look at a leaking waste pipe within a couple of hours of me calling them about it. Date was agreed to fix it and (reasonable) price quoted same day. The tram turned up on time, they were very courteous and fixed my problem quickly. I can't recommend them enough and would definitely use them again if I had to.

Jack from Heat Co highlighted two problems(we thought there was just one) - limescale in waste, internally & externally, & the angle external pipe was draining at. He sorted both out speedily with no fuss and the little mess he did make was cleaned up before he left. Excellent service all round. Thank you Heat Co. I recommend them wholeheartedly

So, in a hard water area we had a dripping tap and a stuck cartridge. I’d tried for a couple of weeks to remove it myself, steadily spending more on little tools to help, all to no avail. So, after a recommendation I called Joel at 1300 today, sent him some pictures and to my absolute joy he came around at 1830 to have a look and within 15min had replaced both cartridges and tightened up the tap stem. Both Joel and his business partner are incredibly polite, very straightforward and so easy to get along with. I simply cannot recommend these guys enough!

I had a sink blockage in the kitchen and then found in addition I had a broken pipe. Within 24 hours Joel had replaced the pipe, fixed the block and made it easier for me to check and clean the pipes in future, by building in an inspection point. Excellent service and very fair pricing, I will be using this company for any future plumbing work I have.

Joel is without a question the best tradesperson I’ve ever used. He previously fixed a sink and taps for me. He was professional, highly skilled, polite, honest, and offered great value. Yesterday I urgently needed help with a broken toilet flush before a large family visit and contacted him. He came early this morning, fixed it in under 15 minutes, and didn’t even charge because it was a quick job. That level of integrity and service is rare. An outstanding tradesperson who genuinely cares about doing the right thing. I highly recommend him.
