    New boiler

    We contacted heateam for a quote for our replacement boiler, david was very professional and knowledgeable when coming out. We booked the team in and they arrived on time and kept within the timescale as per the quote. On the day of the installation Jonny was sent to replace our boiler and just like David he was very professional and knowledgable about the trade, due to the Pandemic at the moment we requested the workmen to enter through our back door to limit movement inside out property. All our requests and needs were met and we are extremely happy with our new boiler.

    Workmen amazimg and helpful, kept us updated all throughout. Clean up after themselves and kept it all clean and tidy in the area of working. Highly recommended

    Boiler service and replacement of parts as had a fault

    I just wanted to say a huge THANK YOU for servicing and fixing our boiler issue. I’m an NHS physio at treating patients directly and I have to shower thoroughly the moment I get in from work due to the Coronavirus. I was really missing hot showers and on getting home to a working shower I was so happy and relieved I shed a tear. It’s the little things in life that make a difference and I wanted to say thank you to your company and engineer for being essential and coming to do the work at short notice. It’s really appreciated especially at this important time

    New multipoint/water heater fitted

    Very helpful my 86 year old neighbour has been without hot water since weds 25/3 British Gas capped the old one and left, found David in checkatrade, he req photos, visited and sorted replacement and fitted it today. Exceptional service in these difficult times, was really worried we would not be able to help Jim get sorted.

    New toilet syphon fitted

    David was very helpful and polite on the phone, and gave an estimated price upfront. At short notice he was able to come over in between jobs and replace the syphon as I had a toilet that was completely broken. He brought a part with him, and had spares ready to go in his van when he realised it didn't fit on arrival. He offered options out of his vans which I wasn't expecting. The toilet was a proper botch job from previous owners that had glued everything together, he was so helpful, completed in <1hr despite all the glued parts, at a competitive price, and I would highly recommend.
