James did a great job on short notice. Literally 2 hours and he came around and fixed a previously poorly done job Good work, ensured they were hot and willing to provide support after as well. Which is just as important ? After an initial consultation with James to discuss our needs we agreed on a visit from Brian to carry out the work. Brian arrived on time and was very professional from the start. All of the work was carried out exactly as discussed and Brian left everything clean and tidy at all times. Very happy with the service provided by Heated and cannot fault James or Brian at all. I had tried to fix it myself with Plumber's putty and made a real mess of this. James arrived promptly, he removed the hardened stuff, fixed a new pip connection.
