Found plate heat exchanger blocked so i removed it, flushed it with industrial cleaner and refitted. Hot water now works a treat
Both boilers have been patched up so much over the years that they won't adjust any more and parts from Italy were getting harder to find so we replaced both the entire burners while we can still get them
The boiler hadn't been serviced in years and this is what i found inside the filter. Cleaned it out and customer is now set up on a regular service schedule
During a drain down to replace a boiler part i found the water was brown, indicating the radiators were going rusty inside. System booked in for a flush and the inhibitor added to stop it happening again
New gas fire installation
Supply pipe to outside tap burst in the cold weather. Section cut out and replaced. Isolation valve added inside the property and pipe lagged outside
Customer wanted a new gas fire installed. Old fire taken out and new one put in its place

This is a Worcester 15SBi and the previous engineer had refused to repair it saying it must be replaced. I ordered the new manifold and replaced it. Cleaning everything disturbed and replacing seals as i went. Needs upgrading but now it's bought the customer some time to save
Radiators very slow to warm, boiler kettling. The magnetite build up on this one was so bad there was only a tiny hole left for the water to get through. Pump and valves replaced and system flushed and inhibited
