    Had a hive thermostat fitted and boiler serviced

    Craig turned up bang on time and got straight on with the jobs that needed doing. He carried out the work in a very professional manner and was polite, friendly, and approachable throughout. This was the first time I’ve used Heatflo, and it definitely won’t be the last. Based on the excellent experience I’ve had, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone. They’re a very professional company with great communication and outstanding customer service. Thanks again, Heatflo! 👍

    Boiler replacement

    I initially called Heatflo/Craig to investigate a noisy pump, and there was absolutely no hard sell. After discussing the options, they provided an unbeatable quote for a boiler replacement with just a one-week turnaround. The installation was completed exactly as promised, and the team were professional, punctual, and tidy throughout. The whole experience was smooth from start to finish, with excellent customer service and workmanship. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy heating company. Craig and Darren thank you and see you again!

    Craig and team were very quick to complete the survey and provide the best solution for my heating problem. We quickly agreed an approach and the quote was by far the best and he was very flexible in agreeing the installation date and time for the new boiler. Craig came and installed the boiler to the satisfaction of the tenants. Will recommend and definitely continue to use his service
